Chocolate Orange Pudding

A deliciously rich and creamy dessert, with no dairy, no refined sugar and includes antioxidant and mineral rich raw cacao powder.

  1. 300g soft tofu
  2. 4 tbsp maple syrup
  3. 1/4 cup raw cacao
  4. 1 tbsp orange juice
  5. 1 tsp orange zest + extra for garnish
  1. Drain tofu and wrap in a kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture. Break tofu up in food processor with maple syrup, cacao, orange juice and orange zest. Mix just enough to combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and refrigerate over night to let flavours blend. Divide into bowls and sprinkle with garnish.
