Orange Chocolate Pudding

- 300g soft tofu
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup raw cacao
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest + extra for garnish
- Drain tofu and wrap in a kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture. Break tofu up in food processor with maple syrup, cacao, orange juice and orange zest. Mix just enough to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate over night to let flavours blend. Divide into bowls and sprinkle with garnish.
