Dilled Chickpea Salad

Don’t underestimate this recipe, it’s so simple but so delicious. The crunch from the celery is so satisfying and the dill just adds the perfect little something. This salad is perfect in a sandwich, I like to add some crunchy lettuce and cucumbers (as pictured) and it works just as well on top of a salad or as a dip with crackers and veggies. 

Dilled Chickpea Salad

Servings 4 people


  • 1.5 Cups Chickpeas
  • 1 Stalk Celery Diced
  • 1 Green Onion Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill Minced
  • 3 Tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt Or more to taste
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Or more to taste


  1. Mash chickpeas, add all other ingredients and mix to combine.
